BODY

  • Alder or Mahogany standard (other woods available upon request)
  • String through the body design with steel or aluminum string plate
  • Compound curve cutaways
  • Jackbite™ shape shelters the input jack and works equally well with straight or angled plugs (Counterpunch model has a pickguard mounted input jack)
  • Weight: Ranges from 7.5 to 8.5 pounds – mahogany bodies and Pau Ferro necks put the guitar in the heavier range
  • 16-gauge steel pickguard and control cover
  • CTS pots
  • Switchcraft switches and input jacks
  • Sprague Orange Drop caps
  • Hipshot bridges and locking tuners
  • Pickup combinations: 2 humbuckers, 2 P90s, 3 single coils, or humbucker + single coil. Lollar pickups are standard. Other combinations and types available upon request.

FINISH

All M-tones have unique finishes in water-based lacquer. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of the finishes, only a general color scheme can be specified, but we will work with you to figure out your ideal finish. Oiled natural wood available upon request.
