Return Policy

• Returns accepted up to 7 days from delivery.

• Guitar returns must be authorized by M-tone Guitars.

• Guitars returned within the 7 day period are refunded in full, minus M-tone’s actual shipping costs.

• Instrument must be returned in same immaculate condition and packed safely in the same box in which it was shipped.

• Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period.

• Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.

• Buyer pays for prompt return shipping and full insurance.

• Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.

Commissioned/Custom Orders

• All standard return policies apply, except all sales final on custom orders deemed too strange and/or different from standard builds for M-tone to easily resell (we can talk about what this means when you place your order).

• 1/3 deposit required prior to build start.

• Balance due upon guitar’s completion, prior to shipping.
